Late Arrivals

Should you not arrive by your scheduled appointment time and by the 15 minute grace period, your appointment is subject to cancellation and a cancellation fee may apply.

Cancellation Policy

Please understand that appointment times are reserved for you personally. When they are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, your stylist loses the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. These cancellations are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the booked services. If any guest does not show up to their appointment at the scheduled time 100% of the expected bill will be charged.

This measure is in place to ensure that clients on our waiting list do not miss the opportunity to fill the available time slot.Therefore, all deposits are NON-refundable.
